Rachel Collingridge

Rachel Collingridge has a long and diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles in engineering and software development. Rachel has held positions such as Head of Engineering at Totara, Chief Technology and Product Officer at Cogo, Head of Engineering (Platform Engineering) at Xero, and Software Delivery Manager at Flux Federation. Rachel also has experience as a Team Lead, Development Manager, and Delivery Manager at Powershop NZ Ltd. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Developer and Technical Team Lead at Fronde Systems Group Ltd and as a Senior Software Developer at Insight Investment. Rachel began their career as a Software Developer at National Grid.

Rachel Collingridge obtained a Master of Music degree in Musicology and clarinet performance from Victoria University of Wellington, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in the field of IT, including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from BCS Professional Certification and various certifications from Microsoft.
