David Newcomb

David Newcomb serves as the President of Totara Learning Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include driving North American market expansion for the e-learning Enterprise Learning Management System, as well as overseeing all operations in the US. Prior to this role, David Newcomb was the Director of Open Technologies, e-Learning, Management Consulting, and Engineering Services at GP Strategies Corporation from May 2015 to February 2020, where strategic leadership was provided to build a technology business unit focused on Open-Source technology solutions within the Human Capital Management solutions group.
