Rachel Griffith-Boyes

Rachel Griffith-Boyes is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning design and operational management within the e-learning sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations - Community and Marketplace at Totara since October 2016, Rachel manages team operations and oversees the award-winning Totara Community and the launch of the Totara Marketplace. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Totara, including Head of Community Services, Academy Manager, and Senior Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences for the Totara community. Rachel's expertise also spans across other organizations, such as RGB Learning Limited, where consultancy in diverse learning strategies was provided, and LEO Learning and CAA International, where blended learning products were developed. Rachel's career began in sales before transitioning to instructional design, supported by academic achievements including an MA in Music from Newcastle University and a BA in English from Loughborough University.
