Jenny Kilian

Jenny Kilian has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources, starting with their current role as a Senior Director of Human Resources at Totes Isotoner since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Protective Life from 2018 to 2022 as a 2VP, HR Partner. From 2012 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Western & Southern Financial Group, where they provided support and guidance in various HR functions. Before that, Jenny worked as a Human Resource Representative at Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems from 2007 to 2012. Jenny began their career in HR as an HR Assistant and HR Intern at the State of Ohio from 2006 to 2007, and they started gaining work experience as a Back Office/Sales Assistant and Receptionist at Diamond Cellar from 2003 to 2006.

Jenny Kilian has a diverse education history. Jenny completed their MBA from Capital University - School of Management from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2002 to 2006, focusing on Human Resources. Jenny also holds a high school diploma, earned from Centerville High School from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a college preparatory curriculum.

In addition to their formal education, Jenny has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Jenny acquired HR Analytics for HR Business Partners certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in September 2020. Jenny also holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) since March 2016. Furthermore, Jenny achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2011, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2015.
