Angela Sabella Elizondo

Angela Sabella Elizondo serves as a member of the Women's Industrial Commission and the Young Entrepreneurs Commission at CAINTRA Nuevo León since March 2020. As a Managing Partner and founder of Totum Talent, Angela has led organizational transformation projects across over 12 countries, focusing on innovative Human Resources and Organizational Development practices. Previous experience includes roles as a Global Compensation Consultant at NEORIS, where Angela developed global salary increase strategies, and as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Grupo Proeza, where evaluations were performed using Mercer methodology. Educational background includes a degree in Organizational Psychology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a brief study at Università Bocconi.
