Talal Chaudhry

Talal Chaudhry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the field of human resources. Starting in 2011, Talal worked as a Partnership Coordinator at Adecco, where they oversaw 450 staff members and managed various HR functions. In 2013, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for over 600 employees and 8 client groups, performing HR functions and aligning HR goals with revenue targets. Talal then worked as an HR Business Partner at Teknion in 2017 and Aimia Inc in 2018 before joining SOTI in 2019. At SOTI, they served as an HR Business Partner until 2020. Talal's most recent role is at TouchBistro, where they have progressed from Senior HR Business Partner to Manager, Director, and currently holds the position of Senior Director of People & Culture.

Talal Chaudhry completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto in 2008. In 2009, they pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources from Sheridan College. In 2017, they started their Master of Human Resource Management at York University, which they completed in 2020.
