Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Remote, Candidates must be located on the US East Coast

As a Sales Engineer in our Sales and Partnerships organization, specializing in Generative AI Product lines, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, onboarding and delivering value on our customer products and projects. This position requires someone who is technically adept, showcases self-motivation skills to help to refine solution crafting based on technical competence and experience of engaging with technical audience. You will be instrumental in implementing scaling processes and driving the successful delivery of complex projects, ranging from onboarding to technical demos.
How you drive success:
Enablement, Deployment Planning and Execution:
Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales, Partnership and Product stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
Be able to work across and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and information flow among team members.
Customer & Partner Centricity:
Conduct regular reviews to ensure project outputs meet or exceed client expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners on product and project/POCs.
Building processes and templates for excellence and scalability:
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and milestones.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in leadership and product management.
Document and support to build out best practices and lessons learned.
You will achieve your best if you have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) is a requirement.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, or Sales Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience is asked, advantage coming from tech industry (SaaS).
Experience from working with selling, project managing and conducting implementation of AI technologies, focused on Microsoft technologies.
Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide individuals and members towards execution.
Excellent problem-solving and documentation utilizing project tools and project management tools.
Process orientation is a must and key to succeeding in a highly dynamic environment such as Touchcast.
PMP or similar project management certification is very advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience from scale-ups and startups with focus on PLG is very advantageous.
