Stephanie Ladouceur is an experienced Operations and Supply Chain Manager currently working at touchland since April 2023. Previously, Stephanie served as a Demand Planner for Godiva Chocolatier and Shiseido, focusing on wholesale and travel retail for the LATAM region, respectively. With a strong background in operations management at ETNIA BARCELONA S.L., Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, cost reduction, and customer service excellence across various roles. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
