Walter Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Walter began their career as an Account Executive at Verizon in 2000 and then worked as an Outside Sales Representative at First Data Corporation from 2004 to 2008. In 2013, they joined Merchant First/PrismPay as the VP of New Business Development, where they played a significant role in the development and expansion of secured payment technologies and solutions. Walter then took on the role of Managing Member at Ascendant Restaurant Solutions in 2008, focusing on Pay at the Table EMV technology. Walter later joined Omnitec, LLC as the VP of Channel Sales, where they collaborated with various SaaS technology companies to bring revolutionary innovations to the payments industry. In 2019, Walter became the Channel and Partner Manager at Shiji Payment Solutions Americas, responsible for managing partnerships and channels.
