Joanne Whitlatch

Joanne Whitlatch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the food service and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and previously as Vice President of Operations at TouchPoint Support Services since August 2017, Joanne demonstrated expertise in client retention, financial performance, and employee training in roles at Sodexo from May 2003 to August 2017, including District Manager and Area General Manager. In those positions, Joanne successfully managed a multi-million-dollar operational budget and oversaw food service operations for numerous facilities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier career roles include Production Manager at Michigan State University and Sous Chef/Purchasing Manager at MSU Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center, with a foundation in hospitality management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
