Colleen McNulty

Colleen McNulty is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in clinical care coordination and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Clinical Care Coordinator at Touchstone Health Services since February 2023, Colleen previously held various positions at One Medical, including Virtual Manager, Virtual Shift Lead, and Member Support Specialist, from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Officer at Marine Village Resort and Saint Marys Saint Alphonsus Catholic School, respectively, where Colleen was responsible for staff training, customer satisfaction, and management support. Additionally, Colleen was the Athletic Director at Saint Marys Saint Alphonsus Catholic School, successfully coordinating sports activities and events for students. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Canisius University, completed in May 2011.
