Caryn McGilvray

Caryn McGilvray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic initiatives, and organizational change across healthcare and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Touchstone Institute since June 2025, Caryn previously held various managerial roles at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer from October 2018 to June 2025, where strengths included leading cross-functional process improvements and managing project teams to enhance organizational excellence with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Caryn's earlier experience includes roles at eHealth Ontario, where project management and resource forecasting were pivotal, and involvement in international development initiatives in Tanzania. Caryn holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy and International Development from the University of Toronto.
