Erin Moran McCormick

Erin Moran McCormick has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President at Tour24, where they are in charge of innovation and strategic initiatives, as well as product design. Prior to that, they were the President of Professional Development/Innovation Consulting at Year of Action, specializing in creating online learning experiences and advancing women's leadership. Erin has also worked as a speaker and presenter.

In terms of education, Erin served as the Director of the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship at UMass Boston, where they helped develop and launch entrepreneurship programs for undergraduates and MBA students. Additionally, they were a Partner and Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Global Education Programs at the International Entrepreneurship Center, creating programs for businesses, entrepreneurs, and students from around the world.

Earlier in their career, Erin was the Director of Curriculum Innovation & Technology Group at Babson College, where they partnered with various programs to introduce innovation into business education. Erin also co-founded and served as CEO of Henry's Hearts, and worked as the CIO of ThirdAge, managing and growing an online lifestyle website for baby boomers.

Furthermore, Erin has experience as an Executive Producer at TimeTo.com, and as the CIO and VP of Technology at Lawyers Weekly, where they were responsible for web content, design, development, e-commerce, and information systems implementation. Throughout their career, Erin has demonstrated expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and creating engaging online learning experiences.

Erin Moran McCormick received a B.A. degree in Art and Psychology from Smith College, attending from 1979 to 1983. In 2022, they obtained a certificate in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan Executive Education. In 2023, Erin completed a certificate program in Positive Psychology and Well-Being at Stanford University.
