When Alan joined TAI in 1995, he brought more than a decade of experience in the engineering and construction field. Today his focus is the health of the firm’s business relationships. Alan’s guiding question is, “If he were the client, would he hire TAI again?” His role in the acquisition of new business includes establishing business relationships, development of proposals that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s requirements, and improving TAI’s ability to meet every client need as a full-service firm. As a manager, he guides project and account management personnel in TAI’s commitment to serving clients as a trusted partner, not as a simple vendor. Alan regularly collaborates with the executive team in making key decisions for the company’s future endeavors. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in 1982.
