Peter Norris

Peter Norris has extensive work experience in the IT field. Peter served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Tourism Australia, where they were responsible for leading the global operational support team and implementing modern and secure IT business practices. Peter also worked as a Senior IT Manager at Tourism Australia, overseeing technology infrastructures and operations.

Prior to their role at Tourism Australia, Norris worked at NSW Health, where they served as a Program Director and led a program to consolidate IT environments across multiple organizations. Peter also worked as an Enterprise Solution Architect at NSW Health, leading project teams to find solutions to technological issues and consolidate email and identity systems.

Before joining NSW Health, Norris was the Director at bii consulting, where they advised and implemented IT business strategies for various organizations. Peter also worked as an IT Architectural Consultant at Starcom.

Norris began their career at IBM, where they held several roles, including 3rd Level Technical Support and 2nd Level Remote Management and Support.
