Sarah-Louise Robinson has a wealth of experience in PR and marketing communications, particularly in the tourism industry. Sarah-Louise has held various positions over the years, starting with their role as an Assistant PR Officer at BNFL in 1999. Sarah-Louise then worked as an Account Manager at DTW before becoming a PR Manager at davies tanner. Sarah-Louise later worked as a Freelance PR Consultant at FleishmanHillard, where they handled clients such as Paris Ile-de-France and Etihad.

In 2007, they joined Keene Consulting as a Senior Communications Advisor, where they worked with clients like Singapore Airlines and Tourism NT. Sarah-Louise then became a PR Consultant at GTI, handling clients such as Peru Tourism and Vanuatu.

Continuing their career in the tourism industry, Sarah-Louise joined TripADeal as a Social Marketing professional and later worked as a PR Manager at GTI, where they managed clients like Tourism Malaysia and LATAM Airlines.

In 2014, they joined Dubai Tourism as the Senior Marketing Communications and PR Manager for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing strategic development and implementation of publicity and communications campaigns.

From 2017, Sarah-Louise has been employed by Tourism Fiji. Sarah-Louise began as a Public Relations Manager and later became the PR & Marketing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Communications AU, where they are responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of PR and communication efforts.

Throughout their career, Sarah-Louise has demonstrated expertise in brand development, integrated marketing communications, advertising, partnerships, and content development. Sarah-Louise has also managed external media, creative, and PR agencies and has received recognition for their work, including winning the IPRA Golden World award for Travel and Tourism sector in 2007.

Sarah-Louise Robinson attended Solent University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Corporate Communication.
