Kristie Beattie has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kristie most recently worked at Tourism NT as the Director of Digital and Data. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Manager of Marketing, Strategic Comms, and Engagement at the Northern Territory Government. Kristie also held leadership positions at Transport for NSW, where they were responsible for public transport marketing and campaigns. Kristie also worked at dentsu as an Account Manager and at Publicis Groupe as a Content Strategist and Social Media Marketing Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a News Editor and held internship roles at UNSW Business Society and AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
Kristie Beattie completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Technology Sydney, with an emphasis on business administration. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Communications/Journalism from UNSW, focusing on journalism and minoring in English. Their earlier education includes completing their Higher School Certificate (HSC) at St Andrews Cathedral School.
