Neil Anderson has a long and varied work experience. Neil began their career in 2001 at Spirent Communications, where they held the role of Senior Director Professional Services & Advanced Test Programs. In this role, they developed a complete portfolio of professional service offerings and established a global organization to market, sell, and manage delivery. Neil was also responsible for developing business partnerships with more than 70 public-facing testing organizations, institutions, and event management companies worldwide. In 2005, they were promoted to Group Vice President Global Services & Enterprise Solutions, where they were responsible for Marketing, Business Development, R&D, and Sales. In 2013, they moved on to Matrium Technologies as VP Strategy, Board Director. In this role, they were the ANZ’s leading provider of high-end communications testing, network visibility and security solutions. In 2016, they joined Chief Outsiders as Partner, Chief Marketing Officer. Here, they were responsible for founding the country’s largest strategic growth implementation company focused on mid-size businesses. In 2017, they moved on to Cask as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2014, they joined The Hubble Team at insightsoftware.com as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Services Officer. In 2020, they moved on to Polaris Solutions as Chief Marketing Officer, and in 2021, they joined Tourmo as Chief Marketing Officer.

Neil Anderson received a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar Performance from the University of Hartford.
