Alki Sonitis

Alki Sonitis has extensive experience in the field of design and construction, particularly in the retail industry. They currently hold the position of Vice President - Design & Construction at Tourneau|Bucherer, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tiffany & Co. for over 15 years, serving as Senior Director - Global Store Architecture and Design from November 2015 to February 2021, Studio Director - Global Real Estate and Store Development from April 2009 to November 2015, and Director of International Store Design from September 2006 to April 2009. Before joining Tiffany & Co., Alki Sonitis worked as a Project Manager at Ted Moudis Associates from June 2003 to September 2006, and at Levi, Sanchick & Associates from November 1998 to June 2003. Their career began as a Project Architect at Anastasi & Associates, where they worked from June 1995 to November 1998.

Alki Sonitis began their education journey in 1989 at The City College of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree. This educational endeavor lasted for a period of six years, concluding in 1995. Almost two and a half decades later, in 2019, Alki Sonitis returned to academia and enrolled at Columbia University. Here, they completed a Certificate program in Construction Management during the academic year 2019-2020.
