Tiago Lameiras

Tiago Lameiras has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Tiago is currently working as a Product Manager at TourRadar, where they manage the world's largest online Adventure Booking Platform for multi-day adventures. Prior to that, Tiago worked as a Product Manager at Fidel API, where they were responsible for the Issuers and Corporate Card segments of the Stream Transactions product. Tiago conducted discovery initiatives and customer interviews to find product market-fit and contributed to the product vision and strategy.

Before joining Fidel API, Tiago worked as a Product Manager at Truphone, where they were responsible for Truphone Connect, an API-first product for worldwide connectivity. Tiago owned the product vision and strategy and managed the development team's backlog and priorities. In addition, Tiago supported sales, finance, and growth teams on new opportunities.

Prior to their roles in product management, Tiago worked as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Talkdesk, where they were responsible for the quality assurance of the Talkdesk Admin team. Tiago designed and implemented automation tests and collaborated in the acceptance criteria definition.

Tiago also has experience as a Product Architect at Infinera, where they were responsible for the product roadmap and system architecture of an internal software product. Tiago reviewed product requirements, identified future needs and opportunities, and worked closely with the software development team.

Earlier in their career, Tiago worked as a System Engineer at Coriant, Inc., where they were involved in system verification, testing, and architecture of an internal software product. Tiago designed proof of concepts and technical solutions for new product use cases and optimized customer-oriented tests.

Tiago also worked as an Associate Researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunicações, where they focused on research and development of routing and wavelength assignment heuristic algorithms for optimizing DWDM optical networks. Tiago has presented their work at the International Conference on Transparent Optical Networks (ICTON) in Bucharest, Romania.

Tiago Lameiras earned their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, from the year 2012 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained certifications including "European Leadership Journey: Inspiration for Tomorrow" from McKinsey & Company in October 2022, and "Becoming an Entrepreneur, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial studies (LaunchX)" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in July 2020.
