Patrizia Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patrizia is currently working as the Director HR and Head of Personnel Management at TOWA, a digital growth company, since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HR & Perspektiven as a Trainer, Systemic Coach, and Consultant for Competence Diagnostics and Development from April 2016 onwards. In this role, they conducted training sessions and workshops in both German and English and focused on competence diagnostics and development for strategic and measurable personnel development.

Before joining HR & Perspektiven, they worked at Neopost as an HR Business Partner/Manager from October 2008 to March 2016. In this position, they acted as a sparring partner for approximately 30 managers and provided HR support for around 280 employees in Germany and Austria. Patrizia conducted strategic personnel development activities, including competence and potential diagnostics, as well as 360-degree feedback processes using Assess. Additionally, they served as an internal trainer on leadership, change, and communication topics, handled labor relations communications, negotiated labor agreements independently, and was involved in employer branding initiatives. Patrizia also designed employee retention programs, introduced new performance management systems, and managed restructuring and exit processes.

Patrizia Kaiser began their career at PA Consulting Group as a Manager in Recruitment and Personnel Development from November 2005 to September 2008, where they were responsible for recruitment and personnel development activities. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin, where they worked as a Supervisor from November 2003 to September 2004 and as a Management Trainee from October 2002 to October 2003.

Patrizia Kaiser has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Washington State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2002. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Additionally, they completed another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program in International Business and HR Management from London South Bank University in 2005. In 2000 to 2001, they obtained a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from University Centre Cesar Ritz. Patrizia also holds several certifications, including being a Zertifizierter Atemcoach from Skuban Akademie in 2022, a Systemischer Coach from Competence on top in 2018, and a Zertifikat Resilienzcoach from Institut für Bildungscoaching in 2023.
