Deden Darul Mutaqin

Deden Darul Mutaqin has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Deden started their career in 2014 as a Drivetest Engineer at PT.GCI Indonesia (JIESAI) and later worked as a Drivetest Engineer at Lexcorp Indonesia in 2015 and UCE International Group in 2016. In 2016, they also took on the role of a Trainee RNO 4G & 5G Development Program at PT. Immobi Solusi Prima, where they gained knowledge in 2G, 3G, and 4G technology, planning, optimization, and drivetest. Deden then became an RF Optimization Engineer at PT. Immobi Solusi Prima in 2017, where they monitored and analyzed KPI performance for 2G/3G/4G networks in the Jakarta area.

In 2018, Deden joined PT ZTE Indonesia as an RF Optimization Engineer, responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations for LTE performance and drive test verification. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Product Owner at Labtek Indie before joining Tower Bersama Group. At Tower Bersama Group, Deden started as an Officer Development Program in 2019 and later became the OME Section Head (Jabo Inner) in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager FO - West Java Region at Tower Bersama Group.

Deden Darul Mutaqin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, where they attended from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at SMAN 1 Bandung from 2008 to 2011, focusing on the field of Science.

In addition to their formal education, Deden Darul Mutaqin has obtained various certifications. These include certifications in Contractor Safety Management System from PT Phitagoras Global Duta in July 2023, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from PQM Consultants in May 2023, and Fundamental Data Visualization using R, Introduction to Data Science With R, and R Fundamental For Data Science from DQLab in September 2020. Deden has also obtained a certification in Change Ability Through: The 6 Critical Practices from Dunamis Organization Services in July 2020, Introduction to 5G from LinkedIn in July 2020, and Artificial Intelligence from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia in September 2019. Further certifications include Product Owner & Scrum Master Acceleration Workshop from Labtek Indie in April 2019, and Cisco CCNA.
