Dony Kurniawan Putra has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Dony Kurniawan started their career in 2018 as a Programmer Internship at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

In 2019, they joined the Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional as an IT Facilitator before moving to Tower Bersama Group, where they held multiple positions.

At Tower Bersama Group, Dony worked as a Document Management System Section Head, Operation & Maintenance Executive, Asset Renewal & Community Executive, and participated in the TBIG Leader Development Program.

Dony Kurniawan later transitioned to the role of Sr. Software Engineer and Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst.

Since December 2021, they have been working as an IT Project Manager at Tower Bersama Group, focusing on the development of AI, IoT, RPA, and Internal Product Development. In 2023, they specifically focus on IoT development aligned with the company's strategy.

Under their leadership, the company launched its first NLP-based chatbot in July 2022, which included more than 50 flows and FAQs across four platforms.

Dony Kurniawan Putra pursued their education at Universitas Airlangga from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a focus on Information Systems. Alongside their formal education, Dony Kurniawan Putra also obtained numerous certifications. In January 2019, they completed the Intermediate Python for Data Science workshop provided by DataCamp. In February 2019, they attended a workshop on Data Science conducted by PT. Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer. In March 2019, Dony Kurniawan Putra obtained a certification in Python for Data Science offered by IBM. In August 2019, they obtained certification in Information Technology Auditor from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi. Continuing their professional development, Dony Kurniawan Putra received certificates in Effective Communication from Bicara Itu Mudah in February 2020, and in 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team from Dunamis Organization Services in July 2020. In September 2021, they completed the Leadership Journey program at the Asian Leadership Centre and earned a certification in Product Management at Binar Academy in October 2021. Moreover, Dony Kurniawan Putra acquired certifications in The 7 Habits Signature 4.0 from Dunamis Organization Services in December 2021, and in Essentials Data Visualization from Cybertrend Data Academy in February 2022. Lastly, in December 2022, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from éclat Consulting.
