Karen then transitioned to Cooper University Health Care, where they held multiple leadership roles. As the Administrative Director of Laboratory and Pathology Services, they directed a 24/7 Clinical Laboratory and Pathology Department with 11 divisions and managed a significant budget. Karen also served as the Transition Management Director for the activation of a new patient care tower and as the Vice President of Operations Improvement, focusing on profitability and the patient experience. Later, they became the Vice President of Access Services & Patient Experience, providing strategic and operational consultation to enhance patient-centered care delivery.
