Doug Wagner

Doug Wagner is the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Tower International. Doug has held this position since January 2008. Prior to that, they were the Global Director of Finance at Adient (formerly JCI Johnson Controls Automotive Experience) from January 2002 to January 2008. Doug has also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Setco from March 1992 to January 2002.

Doug has played a key role in growing Tower International’s sales organically from $700 million to $1.7 billion per year. Doug has also expanded the company’s core automotive and non-automotive customer base and product offering. In addition, they sit on the Board of Directors for Tower Automotive Japan.

Doug has a proven track record of success in the automotive industry. Doug has over 25 years of experience in the field and has held various positions of increasing responsibility during their career. Doug is a strategic thinker and an excellent leader, which has helped him contribute to the growth and success of the companies they have worked for.

Doug Wagner has an MBA from Michigan State University, a BSIE from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science.
