Rajat Singhal

Rajat Singhal is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at Tower Research Capital since June 2021, with progressive experience in software engineering roles. Prior to this, Rajat completed a software engineering internship at Hotstar, where significant enhancements in monitoring and alerting were achieved through the integration of Amplitude and Prometheus, alongside improvements in alerting granularity using Python services. Rajat also contributed as a Student Developer during Google Summer of Code at ArduPilot, adding support for the AirSim simulator, and worked on autonomous drones for disaster management, focusing on obstacle avoidance and deep learning for person detection. Furthermore, Rajat held various roles in robotics and electrical propulsion systems at Avishkar Hyperloop during academic tenure at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science was earned.
