Slava Rozman

Slava Rozman is an experienced professional in systems engineering and operations, currently serving as the AMER Regional Manager and Global Technical Lead at Tower Research Capital since August 2017. Prior to this role, Slava held the position of Director and Global Head of Trading Infrastructure at Arxis Capital from February 2015 to August 2017, and served as Director and Head of Low Latency/High Frequency Trading Infrastructure at Bank of America from June 2010 to February 2015. Earlier career highlights include roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Senior System/HPC Engineer, Barclays Capital in various capacities including UNIX Platform Support/Engineering, and several UNIX System Administration positions at firms including Merrill Lynch, The Chase Manhattan Bank, and Dow Jones. Slava holds an MBA in Information Systems and Financial Management from Pace University and a BS in Electrical Engineering Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
