Dr. David Mistele

Dr. David Mistele has a range of work experience in various companies and positions. Dr. David is currently serving as the Director of R&D Power Management BCD Technologies at Tower Semiconductor, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Section Head & Expert Device Engineer at the same company from June 2015 to March 2022. Before joining Tower Semiconductor, Dr. Mistele worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from March 2013 to September 2013, and as a Researcher & Project Manager from October 2009 to June 2013. Dr. David also co-founded a start-up company and served as a Consultant from April 2009 to June 2012. Dr. David'searlier experiences include positions at Vishay as a Fab Process Manager from October 2005 to March 2009, at CyOptics as a Process Design Supervisor from July 2004 to October 2005, and at the Laboratory for Information Technology as a Research Associate from November 1997 to September 2002. Throughout their career, Dr. Mistele has been involved in various aspects of research, development, and management in the field of power devices and technology.

Dr. David Mistele completed a Post-Doc in Microelectronics Research Center at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Dr.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Leibniz Universität Hannover from 1997 to 2002. Dr. David also holds a Dipl.-Phys. in Physics, Optoelectronics from Ulm University from 1990 to 1997.
