Rolly Cruz

Rolly Cruz is currently serving as AVP - Market Manager at Town Bank since October 2023. Prior to this, Rolly was the owner of BBQRUZ, a Texas influenced BBQ company, since June 2017. Rolly also worked as an Assistant Lead at Timber Creek, an FCA Packaging Brand, from February 2022 to October 2023, overseeing saw room workflow and QA of finished cut orders. With experience as a Teller, Member Services Specialist, and Bank Teller at Advia Credit Union, Rolly also worked at Woodforest National Bank as a Branch Manager and Retail Banker from April 2009 to February 2018. Rolly's educational background includes attending The University of Texas-Pan American and graduating from Edinburg High School in 2001.
