Lynn Heatherton is an MBA and CPA with a diverse range of work experience. Lynn has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Town and Country Living since 2023. Additionally, they are a founding member of 32 Cents, an alternative asset investment network built by women for women.

Lynn was responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process for the company, which included hardware and software development, as well as both B2B and B2C business models.

From 2007 to 2011, Lynn served as the Vice President of Corporate Planning and Performance at Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S., where they led corporate planning and strategy. Lynn ensured that brand strategies and budgeting aligned with company goals and presented frequently to the executive board and senior management.

Lynn began their career at Bertelsmann as a Senior Director of Corporate Development from 2000 to 2002. In this role, they developed the overall strategy of Bertelsmann and presented to the CEO, Bertelsmann Board, and divisional boards.

Lynn also gained valuable experience in Strategy & Transformation Consulting at Capgemini Ernst & Young and Financial Consulting at Merrill Lynch. Early in their career, Lynn served as the Controller and Internal Audit at Chiron Corporation, a public company, where they managed operations in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
