Anne Best Johnson

Anne Best Johnson, MBA, AICP, serves as the Community Development Director for the Town of Berthoud since February 2023, previously holding the same position with the City of Evans from November 2019 to January 2023, where collaboration with professionals led to the successful management of master planning initiatives. With extensive experience in urban planning and community development, Anne has held roles such as Chief Planner at Paragon Consulting Group, Senior Planner and Smart City Initiative Director at Tetra Tech, and Community & Economic Development Director for the Town of Milliken. Anne's educational background includes an MBA from Colorado State University and a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
