John Curran

John Curran is an experienced consultant specializing in transitional assistance for the Town of Billerica since January 2010. Curran served as Town Manager for the Middlesex 3 Coalition from June 2011 to July 2024. Previous roles include Town Administrator for the Town of Maynard and a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association. Additionally, Curran was the Mayor of the City of Woburn, MA, from January 2002 to January 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Management concentration from Boston College.
