Currently serving as Human Resources Director for the Town of Blacksburg since August 2019, Teresa previously held the position of Human Resources Manager within the same organization, and served as Human Resources Director for Pulaski County Public Schools from August 2017 to July 2024. Teresa's career in human resources began in May 1997 at the Town of Blacksburg as a Human Resources Generalist, contributing to the development of HR strategies over two decades. Teresa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Regent University, completed between 2013 and 2015.
