Chad Bouvier

Chad Bouvier is an accomplished Human Resources Director for the Town of Colchester, VT, since March 2021, focused on the administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR functions. Previously, Chad served as Vice President of Operations at Spherion from May 2003 to February 2021, where responsibilities included strategic direction collaboration and conflict resolution among stakeholders.
