Phyllis Downey has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Town of Falmouth since May 2018. Previously, Phyllis worked as the Executive Assistant to the President at Sea Education Association from December 2016 to May 2018, and as Assistant to the Dean in the Division of Health Sciences at Trident Technical College from November 2010 to July 2015. Additional roles include consultancy at Morgan Creek Grill and various administrative positions at Sea Education Association and Atlanticville Restaurant, where Phyllis was also a Co-Owner. Phyllis has completed various college courses and certifications at Trident Technical College.
