Max Daffron

Max Daffron is an accomplished Economic Development Manager with significant experience in leading economic initiatives across multiple municipalities. Currently serving the Town of Frederick since April 2022, Max is responsible for all economic development functions, including business retention, attraction, and urban renewal projects. Prior to this role, Max held the same title at Adams County Government, where responsibilities included supporting the County Manager and spearheading various economic development strategies. Max's career also includes roles at the City of Huntington Beach, Pima County, and various positions that highlight expertise in project management, policy research, and community outreach. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Arizona.
