Jonathan Luiz

Jonathan Luiz is an accomplished municipal leader currently serving as the Town Manager for the Town of Glastonbury, Connecticut since April 2023. Prior to this role, Luiz held the position of Town Administrator in Weston, Connecticut from January 2017 to March 2023. Luiz also served as the Assistant Town Manager in Windsor, Connecticut, from January 2015 to January 2017 and as the Town Administrator in Columbia, Connecticut, from July 2008 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, Luiz was the Acting Chief Administrative Officer and Administrative Services Coordinator for the Town of Canton, Connecticut, from July 2006 to July 2008. Jonathan Luiz earned a BA in Political Science from Emory University and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
