David Moore

David Moore, also known as Tiny, is the Safety & Risk Manager at the Town of Hillsborough. David (Tiny) has over a decade of experience in safety compliance, training, and risk management. Previously, David (Tiny) worked at Flynt / Hillsborough Textiles as an Industrial Electrical Maint./ Safety Trainer / Safety Compliance officer. David has received certifications in playground safety inspection and has undergone additional safety training through the National Safety Council and North Carolina State University/ITRE.
