John Ellard

John Ellard possesses extensive experience in financial management and analysis, currently serving as Treasurer/Collector for the Town of Mansfield, MA since October 2021. Prior roles include Town Treasurer for the Town of Rockland from April 2012 to October 2021 and Chairman of the Finance Committee in Rockland, where responsibilities included preparing and presenting budget recommendations and addressing revenue sources.
