Robert Matthews-Forte

Robert Matthews-Forte is an experienced professional with a background in information technology and aquatics management. Currently serving as a System Analyst and Help Desk Support Technician for the Town of Marshfield since March 2021, Robert assists with police-related technology needs and contributes to the town-wide vaccination program. Prior experience includes roles as Aquatics Coordinator and Head Lifeguard at Old Colony YMCA, where responsibilities involved overseeing lifeguard operations and ensuring customer service standards. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Aquatics Director at Wah Tut Ca Scout Reservation, managing daily aquatic activities and supporting youth in personal development. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Bridgewater State University and a high school diploma from Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School.
