Sepideh Khorshid

Sepideh Khorshid is a seasoned water resource engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resource Engineer at the Town of Oakville since January 2023, Sepideh previously held positions as Senior Water Resources Engineer and Project Manager at Tatham Engineering, and as a Water Resources Engineer at HDR and Golder. Sepideh has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, where research work led to significant publications and presentations. Additional expertise includes visiting civil engineering work in Spain, as well as contract analysis and numerical simulations in various civil engineering applications. Early career experience included structural engineering with the National Iranian Oil Company contractor, further reinforcing a well-rounded skill set in civil and water resources engineering.
