Gina Monger, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has over 20 years of diverse work experience in human resources. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director for the Town of Paradise Valley. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Group Manager for Maricopa County, where they played a key role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Before joining Maricopa County, Gina served as the Administrative Services Manager for Clallam Transit System, where they provided strategic HR support to the General Manager and Board of Directors. Gina also established the HR department and offered professional services as the Human Resources Administrator.

Additionally, Gina worked as a Human Resources Analyst for Nippon Paper Industries USA, focusing on talent management and onboarding. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Washington State Department of Corrections, overseeing a comprehensive HR program at two remote prisons.

Gina's early career involved owning and managing Mainestreet Emporium, where they handled various HR functions, including hiring, training, and disciplinary action. Gina also gained experience working as a Human Resources Consultant Assistant and Personnel Officer for the Washington State Department of Corrections, where they provided guidance and support on collective bargaining, employee relations, and HR policies.

Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated expertise in employee investigations, talent management, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Their diverse experience and commitment to HR have contributed to their success in various organizations.

Gina Monger, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Gina earned their Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Peninsula College. Gina studied at Peninsula College from 1991 to 1995.
