Randi Krebsbach

Randi Krebsbach is a seasoned professional in human resources and sales management with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Technician for the Town of Parker, Colorado, Randi has developed a solid foundation in HR practices since October 2016. Prior to this role, Randi held significant positions including Director of Sales and Marketing at Island Hospitality Management, where responsibilities included leading the sales department and revenue production, and Corporate Director of Sales at Colorado Hospitality Services, Inc., overseeing sales teams for over 30 hotels. Randi's experience also encompasses sales manager roles at Hilton Garden Inn and Four Points by Sheraton, where skills in client relationship management and revenue generation were honed. Randi's career began with a focus on account management and sales at Wildernest Property Management. Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Texas State University and has additional education from Texas Tech University.
