David Snyder

David Snyder is currently the Manager of Arts, Events & Culture and Placemaking at the Town of Port Hedland. David is also the Co-Founder & Place Leader of the Town Team Movement, where David works with a team on developing community led 'town teams' across Australia. Additionally, David has experience as a Placemaking consultant at Spaced Out Placemakers and Skate Sculpture, focusing on creating positive youth environments and activating city spaces. With a background in strategic urban planning, David has also worked with the Town of Cambridge and City of Belmont WA. David holds a Master of Urban Design from the Australian Urban Design Research Centre and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Western Australia.
