Jessica Silva, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various legal and human resources roles. Jessica worked at the Town of Sahuarita as the Human Resources Director, overseeing all department functions such as employee relations, recruitment and selection, policy development, and diversity initiatives. Jessica also served as the Deputy Town Attorney, providing legal advice to the Town Manager and reviewing legal instruments. Prior to that, they were the Town Prosecutor, responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor cases, traffic offenses, and Town Code violations. At Santa Cruz County, they worked as a Deputy County Attorney, prosecuting felony drug offenses and victim crimes. Additionally, Jessica has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at Pima County, where they performed legal research and collaborated with judges on pending cases.

Jessica Silva, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive educational background in both law and psychology. Jessica earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their passion for the law and obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Arizona from 2003 to 2006.
