Jakob Moe

Jakob Moe is an experienced Parks, Open Space, and Trails Manager for the Town of Snowmass Village since April 2022. Previously, Jakob held various positions in the City of Aspen from December 2015 to May 2022, including Ranch Manager at Cozy Point Ranch, where responsibilities included managing a 170-acre ranch and overseeing capital projects and maintenance. Prior roles encompassed roles such as Nordic Operator, Parks, Trails, and Open Space Ranger, and Maintenance Technician at Aspen Skiing Company, as well as Head Coach for the PreDevo Comprehensive Skiing Program at AVSC. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Seasonal Ranger for Pitkin County Open Space and Trails, Door Manager at Eric's Bar, and Naturalist at Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. Jakob holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Outdoor Recreation Management from the University of Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology and History of Science from Colby College.
