Margaret Wile

Margaret Wile is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administration, policy development, and education. Currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Fire Chief for the Town of Swampscott, Margaret previously excelled as the Visitor Engagement Lead at the Peabody Essex Museum, managing a team and enhancing customer service. Margaret's background includes significant roles in policy direction, having served as Policy Director at the National Conference of State Legislatures, where expert knowledge on health and human services was provided to state legislators. Additionally, Margaret has held adjunct professor positions at Boston University School of Social Work and Simmons University, teaching courses related to social work and policy.
