Marissa Meaney

Marissa Meaney is a skilled professional with a strong background in urban planning and community support. Currently serving as the Land Use Coordinator for the Town of Swampscott since August 2020, Marissa also collaborates as a Research Assistant with Dr. Justin Hollander at Tufts University, working on adapting their graduate thesis for publication. Previous experiences include a Planning Intern position for the Town of Dedham, where research for a significant transit project was initiated, and a Program Coordinator role at the New American Association of Massachusetts, assisting refugees and immigrants with career development.
