Katharine Foster Mpa

Katharine Foster, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant Town Manager for the Town of Tyngsborough since April 2023. Prior to this role, Katharine held multiple positions within the Town of Lexington from June 2019 to April 2023, including Budget Officer, Management Analyst, and ICMA Local Government Management Fellow. Experience also includes an internship in Community Development and Planning with the Town of Salem and a role as a Management Fellow with the City of Dover. Early career at Fidelity Investments involved serving as a Financial Representative, followed by a student volunteer position with AmeriCorps focusing on urban agricultural development. Additionally, Katharine worked as a Mechanical Drafter at Analogic. Academically, Katharine holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire, a Human Resource Management Certificate from Michigan State University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and International Development from Houghton University.
