Chip Russell is currently the Director of Community Development at the Town of Wake Forest since July 2017. Prior to this role, Chip served as the Planning Director at the Town of Wake Forest, NC from September 1987 to June 2017. Chip also served as the Planning Director at the City of Clinton from January 1983 to August 1987. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University, earned from 1977 to 1981.
